We combine the benefits of classroom learning and the joys of homeschooling for K-12 students.

We are…

A Christian homeschool cooperative that combines the benefits of classroom learning and the joys of homeschooling for students in the grades Kindergarten through 12th grade.

As a ministry of Access Church we serve families who want an individualized education option that provides community and high-quality, Christ-centered academic instruction.

We partner with families to build bridges connecting our Creator (God), calling (who we are in Christ and what we are called to do for His Kingdom), and community (the spheres of influence we have with the people around us).

  • By making the choice to send our children to Access Hybrid, we opened our kids up to encounter a thriving, life-giving community of their peers. They are well loved, well discipled, and well cared for in a creative learning environment.

    — 3rd and 7th grade Parent

  • Hybrid has been such an enormous blessing. I have no problem sending my kids out into the world as long as they have a strong foundation. I have full confidence there is nowhere else in State College that can create that strong foundation as well as Access Hybrid.

    — 2nd, 5th, and 9th grade Parent

  • Attending classes at Access Hybrid has helped my middle school and high school students maintain a rigorous curriculum schedule and high academic standards while I focus on teaching my younger elementary students at home. Clear communication from the teachers about assignments and due dates has allowed my older students to work quite independently during their home study days. The teachers encourage community, kindness, and when necessary, conflict resolution based on biblical principles. We are so pleased to have a hybrid homeschool option for our family.

    —7th and 10th Grade Parent

  • Before my daughter started Hybrid, my prayer was that in school she would be taught about God, and that she would become bold. She was so nervous to go to school. She walked into her classroom with no hesitation the first day, and has LOVED it. She will often sing songs about Jesus that she learned from school, and tell me Bible stories that she learned. She also is obsessed with learning her letters and numbers and has been advancing quickly. I am so thankful to send my daughter to a Hybrid that is intentional to not only teach her academics, but also cares about her character

    — Kindergarten Parent

  • Hybrid has been the perfect balance for my family. My children thrive having a few days in the classroom setting, and their classmates have quickly become their friends. The education side could not align more with what we want for our children, as it is high quality and Christ-centered. Hybrid has been an answer to prayers for our family!
